Initial Consultation

$240

Through the initial consultation, Courtney will spend time getting to learn about client’s past, present and ideal relationship with food and their body. Clients will be prompted to share symptoms they may be experiencing such as fatigue, GI issues, brain fog, food cravings, sleep issues etc. Courtney will assess nutrition needs and create an individualized care plan. Clients will have access to resources such as an electronic food journal and a portal in order to “chat” with Courtney between visits for support. The first visit, which is about 60 minutes, will provide the framework for future nutrition visits. Appointments are available in person or via Telehealth.

Follow-Up Visits

During follow-up sessions, Courtney will provide nutrition counseling and help clients identify challenges and address barriers. The long term goals of the client will be checked on regularly. There is a lot of ongoing support provided with follow-up sessions. This includes access to an electronic food journal for meal plan monitoring (if applicable), a resource for “chatting” with Courtney between sessions for support and reassurance and Courtney’s collaboration with other providers and caregivers involved. Follow-up visits are between 30-45 minutes based on client’s needs. Appointments are available in person or via Telehealth.

  • Courtney understood me in a way I have never experienced.

I had always wished to get to a point in my life where I wasn't thinking about food 24/7 and using it as punishment or emotional comfort, instead of nourishment or it being a way to spend time with others. Courtney understood me in a way I have never experienced and that was such a good feeling. She has incredible insight into the challenges of eating disorders; and helped me slowly push myself to shift my beliefs I had held around food for 20 years. I am blessed to have met her and would recommend anyone struggling with a negative relationship with food to make an appointment with her.

  • I have learned so much from Courtney as she's guided our daughter.

When my husband and I realized that our daughter was struggling with a possible eating disorder, we knew we needed outside support. Courtney came highly recommended as a nutritionist with expertise around disordered eating. From the very first appointment, I knew she was exactly who our daughter needed. Courtney's gentle, encouraging, knowledgeable, strong, and wise presence has been the greatest gift to our daughter and to our family. Courtney listens well, guides with beautiful and tender empathy, and communicates and challenges food narratives clearly and kindly. I am certain that our daughter would not be progressing as she is without the help and support of Courtney. I would recommend Courtney to anyone struggling with an eating disorder, disordered eating, or even just a complicated relationship around food and nutrition. I have learned so much from Courtney as she's guided our daughter. Her insights and approach have helped immensely, and I will be forever grateful for her wisdom and support.

  • Eating disorders are incredibly vulnerable to talk about, and Courtney has been so compassionate.

I've had a complicated relationship with eating most of my life, recently taking the form of a restrictive eating disorder. Courtney has been the most amazing and supportive nutritionist I could have imagined. Eating disorders are incredibly vulnerable to talk about, and Courtney has been so compassionate and has met me at all the different places I have been throughout this experience. I was very nervous to open up about my struggles with eating and body image, but since the very first day, I have felt a true sense of freedom to share my struggles, wins, and everything in between with her. There have been so many times she has understood exactly what I'm feeling even when I struggle to put it into words. I have learned so much from her and have felt truly seen and understood. I joke with my mom that I wish she could be my nutritionist and my therapist. I can honestly say that I look forward to every appointment I have with Courtney, and I am so grateful for how she has helped me.
